Cancelling a Session as a Provider/Reporting a No-show on OURS

Providers, please note: document any session cancellations initiated by you on your end. If a client no-shows or cancels within 24 hours, a fee applies and they must cancel it themselves. If they are asking you to cancel for them you can direct them to reach out to support@withours.com. Only proceed with cancellation if you, as the provider, are the one requesting the cancellation.


Here's how to do that ✅


  1. Go to your list of clients


  1. Click on the client’s name


  1. Find the session that needs to be marked complete and click the “cancelled” checkbox.

OR

if your client did not attend session without 24 hours notice, click "Session no show".

  1. Confirm selection


  1. And you are all set!
