How to Contact Your Therapist

In between sessions you might want to send your therapist a message, or let them know if you are running late to a session. Here's how you can do that:

  1. First, go ahead and sign onto your account on our secure platform: https://secure.withours.com/
  2. On the top right corner of your screen, select the button that says “messaging”

  1. At the bottom of your screen a chat box will pop up like this. You can type in your message, and when you’re ready to send, click the black arrow.

NOTE: For HIPAA compliance, your message will not be saved on our platform. This means you will not be able to see a copy of your message that was sent. Your message will be sent directly to your therapist on our secure platform, and they will respond promptly when they receive it. Additionally, you will not receive email notifications that you received a message from your therapist in real time. There is about a 15 min delay.
