How To Communicate With Clients Between Sessions
Note: You will not receive email notifications of your client messaging you within the app in real time. There is about a 15 min delay.
If you need to get in touch with a client in between sessions, follow these steps:
- Log on to our secure platform at: https://secure.withours.com/
- When you get to your dashboard, select the button on the top right that says "messaging."
- The next page it will take you to will be a chat box for you to message your clients directly. Make sure to select the client that you wish to send a message to (see arrow for reference), type your message in the box, and hit send. Note: If your account is in "private mode" you will only be able to see initials of your clients.
