The Privacy On/Off Setting

As you are getting more familiar with the OURS platform, you may have noticed the "privacy on" and "privacy off" button.

Q: Why does the platform have this? 🤔

A: HIPAA compliance is of utmost importance to us. To create an extra layer of security for your client's PHI, the privacy button can be used during times where you might not have complete privacy. When the privacy button is being used, all clients' names will be replaced with just their initials.


How to turn it on or off:

  1. After you log in and are on your dashboard, on the top right corner is where you will find the "privacy on" and "privacy off" button.

Note: If "privacy on" is displayed, that means that the platform is currently NOT on private mode.
