What To Do If Your Client Isn't a Good Fit

Sometimes getting paired with a client won't be a perfect match- and that's okay!

The next step will be scheduling a call with our care team to see how we can support you. Part of this process will be going through what "off-boarding" looks like on the OURS platform if a client isn't a good fit. This process is tailored to the unique needs for each scenario, and we'll explore that with you on the call.

Here are some important questions that may come up during the call:

  1. Why you feel the client isn't a good fit (needs a therapist with a different expertise, the client's behavior is inappropriate or violates guidelines of our platform, personality clash, etc.)
  2. If you feel that the client would do better with another therapist on our platform, what your recommendation would be for a referral (has experience with EFT for example).
  3. Explore ways we can support you.
