How To Edit Info In Your OURS Profile

Here are steps you can take to edit any information you might want in your OURS profile:

  1. After you've logged on to our secure platform, select the button that says "account" in the top right corner.

  1. The next page will look like this. On the top left corner, select "profile."

  1. This will take you to your profile page where it lists all current information that we have on file. As you scroll through, there will be options to add or change:
    • Your first or last name
    • Your E-mail on file
    • Your Phone Number
    • Your Password

To change your payment method on file:

  1. After clicking "account", you will get to this page. Select "billing" in the top left corner.

  1. The next page that will pop up will be where you can store your payment method. To add a card on file, click the button that says "add payment method"

  1. Fill out your card information and then select "pay"

  1. If you need to SWITCH your card on file, follow the same steps as above with your new card. Once it's added you will get to this screen. Click the "set as primary" button next to the new card that you would like us to use. You can also remove your old card on file by selecting "remove".
