This article will help answer questions you may have regarding payment for your subscription as well as card declination policies.
Adding a Card On File
In order to become matched with a couples therapist, it is important that you add your card that you would like to be kept on file.
Here's How:
- Sign onto our secure platform
- Once you can view your dashboard, click "account" on the top right side:
- The next page that will pop up will look like this. On the top left side, select the button that says "billing."
- The next page will look like this. Select the button that says "Add Payment Method"
5. This box will pop up where you can add your card information that you would like stored in your account. After you have finished entering all your information, select the "pay" button.

Card Declination Policy
In the event of a declined payment, we will email you letting you know. Our system is set up to automatically attempt to recharge the card on file after 3, 5, and 7 days.
Should the second payment attempt fail, someone from our customer care team will reach out to see if you need any assistance in updating your payment method on file or have any questions.
By the third attempt, your account will be paused and you will be unable to schedule future sessions until a payment is made.
