Pricing and Cancellation Policy

This article will help answer questions you may have regarding payment for your sessions as well as our cancellation policy.

Subscription and Package Pricing

We have many different subscription and package options to work with you and your budget. To upgrade, email support@withours.com with your preferred subscription or package and our customer care team will update your payment.

Subscriptions:

  • Bi-weekly subscription: A $350 per month subscription that auto-renews monthly. It includes 2 sessions to be used per month. If you do not use both sessions in a month, they will roll-over to the next month. By choosing this subscription, you save $50 per month. You may cancel at anytime.
  • Weekly subscription: A $700 per month subscription that auto-renews monthly. It includes 4 sessions to be used per month. If you do not use all 4 sessions in a month, they will roll-over to the next month. By choosing this subscription, you save $100 per month. You may cancel at anytime.

Packages:

  • 4-pack: 4 sessions for a one-time fee of $720. It includes 4 sessions to be used anytime. By choosing this package, you save $80 total.
  • 5-pack: 5 sessions for a one-time fee of $850. It includes 5 sessions to be used anytime. By choosing this package, you save $150 total.
  • 6-pack: 6 sessions for a one-time fee of $960. It includes 5 sessions to be used anytime. By choosing this package, you save $240 total.

A la carte sessions:

  • Pay per session: You may opt to pay as you go. In this case, sessions are $200 each. You will be charged for each session the morning of.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows within 24 hours will be forfeited. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within the app or email us at support@withours.com. Please note that due to provider license requirements and state laws, your teletherapy sessions should take place in the state where your provider is licensed. If you will be out of state for your session, please notify your provider at least 24 hours in advance as they would need to confirm the tele-therapy laws in the state you will be in.
