How to book a session

After your first session is scheduled, you may want to book following sessions. Here are some steps on how to do that: (NOTE: you must first be matched with a therapist to book sessions)

  1. sign into your account at secure.withours.com . On your dashboard, click "book a session" on the first square.

  1. Your therapist's calendar will show up. Available days will be clickable. On the right hand side you will see a number of available times for the specific day you choose. Once you have found a time that works for you, go ahead and select that time and click "confirm my session".

  1. The next screen that pops up will confirm the date and time that you have chosen. There Is also an option to add it to your calendar.

  1. If you are looking at your therapist's availability and there are no available options or you are having difficulty finding a spot that works with your schedule, you can either email the support desk at support@withours.com and we can help you get scheduled. OR you can message your therapist directly in the messaging portal to see if they can accommodate the day/time you are looking for.
