Joining a session in Zoom from Ours

When it's time to join a session with your client on Ours,

1. Log into our secure platform: https://secure.withours.com/
2. When it's time for the scheduled session with your couple, a red bar will pop up. Click the link at the top and it will take you to a black button beside your client's name that says "Join Session".
   1. You can also get here from your Calendar or from the couple's list of sessions directly
3. This will open your Zoom session in a new tab. Don't forget to turn on your camera & grant permissions for audio!
4. Feel free to resize your Zoom window as needed.

IMPORTANT: Zoom sessions can no longer be accessed by the Zoom platform. All sessions on Ours take place from the browser.
