Notification Emails and Reminders
Some FAQs we receive can be answered by emails and reminders we have in place in our system. Once you have signed your provider agreement, you can expect some notification emails and automated reminder emails from OURS. Here are some to be on the lookout for 👀:
- When you sign up with OURS as a provider, you will receive an email to verify your email address. You will receive a verification code that you will need to enter in order to verify your email on file.
- An email notification when we are in the process of verifying your credentials.
- An email invitation to log in and complete onboarding on our platform.
- An email notification to read our provider handbook and to set your availability on the platform.
- An email notification when you are matched with a client (note: details of the client will only be visible within the platform).
- Email confirmation when a client books with you (note: details of the session will be in the email including your zoom link and day/time of the appointment. Your client's name will only be visible on the platform to protect their confidentiality).
- An email reminder of the session 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Email reminder to complete progress notes and mark session "complete".
- Email notification if a client cancels their session or reschedules.
- Email notification if you received a message from a client on our platform. You will only be able to see the message through our platform.
- Our support team will also notify you if a client cancels their subscription or has requested to switch therapists.
